I’m Angie.
Wife. Mother. Grief-Holder.
A mother learning how to live and breathe after losing her son.
Finding Space Between Breaths was born in the quiet spaces grief forced open. In the moments when breathing felt like too much work and the world felt unbearably loud. It began as a search for space inside the pain, space to pause, to feel, to survive one breath at a time.
A Quiet Space for the Brokenhearted
A place for loss in all its shapes and seasons.
The raw and overwhelming days.
The silent ones that ache.
The milestones that arrive whether you are ready or not.
My story is rooted in child loss and suicide loss. That truth lives here. But this space is not only about one kind of grief. It is for anyone learning to live after death, change, or heartbreak altered the landscape of their life.
Here you will not find quick fixes.
You will find honest words.
Gentle rituals.
Tools for hard days.
Room to move at your own pace.
I believe healing does not mean leaving grief behind. It means learning how to carry love forward. It means creating small anchors in the storm. It means making space for both sorrow and living in the same breath.
Finding Space Between Breaths exists to hold that space.
If you are here, you are not required to be strong.
You do not need answers.
You only need to be human.
You are welcome here.
Stay as long as you need.
With love,
